Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By placing an order, creating an account, or using www.aquasips.in / the AquaSips Android app, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Who we are

"AquaSips", "we", or "us" means the sole proprietorship of Mohammed Nazeer Uddin, doing business as AquaSips in Telangana, India. The full company card is on the Legal page.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Indian law. By placing an order, you confirm both.

4. Products

• Packaged drinking water in 200 ml, 500 ml, 1 L, 2 L, 5 L, and 20 L formats.
• 20 L jars carry a refundable bottle deposit — see Refund Policy.
• All packaged water is produced at our FSSAI-registered plant (Reg. No. 23624034000430, printed on every label) under an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality system. Full registration details are on the Legal page.

5. Orders & pricing

• Prices and case-pack sizes shown in the shop are live and inclusive of taxes (once we are GST-registered, GST will be shown separately on the invoice).
• A delivery fee (default ₹30) and a night-delivery surcharge (default ₹40 for the 9 PM–12 AM slot) may apply — see Shipping Policy.
• We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. out of stock, fraud, address outside our delivery zone, or non-payment). If you have already paid, we refund in full per the Refund Policy.

6. Payment

Public web orders are prepaid via UPI only. The order is only placed after we see your UPI reference. We do not store card numbers, OTPs, or bank credentials. The merchant VPA and payee name shown on your UPI app are the current values on the live shop page.

7. Acceptable use

Don't:

• Resell AquaSips water without a written distributor agreement.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or stress-test the site/app.
• Use the service to launder funds, place fake orders, or harass our staff.
• Upload anything to our forms that you don't own or have permission to share.

8. Intellectual property

The "AquaSips" name, logo, website, and app are owned by the proprietor. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the website/app for ordering. Trademark applications are filed (or will be filed) under Class 32 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Termination

You can stop using AquaSips at any time. We can suspend or close your account for breach of these Terms; we'll tell you why unless we're legally barred from doing so.

11. Disputes

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach the District Commission at your residence.
