Where we deliver, when we deliver, what it costs, and how we prove your bottles reached you.
1. Delivery zones
We currently deliver in selected pin codes around our plant in Telangana. Enter your pin code on the home page to check live coverage. New areas are added every month — message us on WhatsApp to request your area.
2. Slots & fees
Morning
7 AM – 12 PM
₹30 delivery fee
Afternoon
12 PM – 5 PM
₹30 delivery fee
Evening
5 PM – 9 PM
₹30 delivery fee
Night
9 PM – 12 AM
₹30 + ₹40 surcharge
Free delivery: orders of ₹299 or more (after discounts) ship free within ~8 km of the plant — the cart applies it automatically. The night surcharge is never waived. All fees are configurable per location and are confirmed in your cart before payment. Bulk B2B orders (hotels, hospitals, offices) can negotiate a custom rate — contact us on WhatsApp.
3. Order lifecycle

PACKING | Bottles being packed in our plant |
READY_FOR_DELIVERY | Waiting for the next rider on your route |
OUT_FOR_DELIVERY | Rider is on the way |
DELIVERED | Closed with proof (photo + GPS or partner reference) |
4. Proof of delivery
- Own-fleet riders capture a photo of the package at the doorstep + the live GPS coordinate before marking
DELIVERED. - External carriers (when used) record the partner reference / waybill or upload a delivery screenshot.
- Proof of delivery is stored against your order for the dispute window (48 hours after delivery) and 8 years for tax records.
5. Missed deliveries
- If we can't reach you, the rider waits up to 5 minutes and calls.
- If still no answer, the order returns to the plant and we'll WhatsApp you to reschedule.
- A second failed attempt may attract another ₹30 dispatch fee.
6. Live tracking
The live tracking page (proxied via /api/fleet/*) shows your delivery vehicle's last-known location once the order is OUT_FOR_DELIVERY. Coordinates are anonymised and removed 30 days after delivery — see Privacy Policy.
